Replacing the diesel filter on Ford Transit? Let's see the disassembly. Lift the bonnet and put it in safety, once the fuel filter has been identified, disconnect it from the hoses and connecting cables. Unscrew the locking pins of the upper filter cover with a fixed wrench, unscrew the central pin located on the filter. We remove the worn filter and screw the filter cap with the new filter attached. We mount the filter container in the engine compartment with all its parts (pipes and power cables). We turn on the vehicle and see the Transit start up.
