How to Replace the Window Switch on a Ford Focus

Model: Ford Focus MK 2, Focus 2 - Years 2004-2011

Before you can start, open the car door to create the necessary space to work without obstruction. Begin by inserting the tip of a medium-sized flathead screwdriver into the gap between the switch and the door panel. By doing this, you will have detached the switch enough to remove it by hand from its housing. While removing the switch, move the door opening handle. Before you can fully remove the switch, disconnect the rear connector, and you will have completed the removal. To fit the new switch, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the installation.
