Removing the High-Pressure Fuel Pump on Ford Tourneo 1.8 TDCi

In this video tutorial, follow the step-by-step instructions to remove the high-pressure fuel pump on a Ford Tourneo Connect 1.8 TDCi. First, remove the upper plastic cover, then take off the intercooler; to do this, unscrew the fastening screws found on the sides and remove all the air intake hoses, as shown in the video. Next, remove the expansion tank by disconnecting the fluid hose; dismantle the fuel line and remove the left engine mount by unscrewing the two fastening bolts: take off the timing cover and the belt, noting all necessary references. Now, unscrew the screws of the fuel pump to remove and replace it!
