In this video tutorial we will see the step by step instructions to be able to disassemble the high pressure diesel pump on a Ford Tourneo Connect 1.8 TDCi. First of all, let's start by removing the upper plastic protection, and then remove our intercooler; to do this we unscrew the fixing screws that we find on the sides and remove all the air intake sleeves, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the expansion tank, disconnecting the liquid pipe; we disassemble the diesel pipe and remove the left engine support, unscrewing the two fixing bolts: remove the timing cover and the belt, taking all the necessary references. Now we unscrew the screws of the diesel pump to remove and replace it!

Let's see in this guide the main steps to be able to change the transmission oil of the second series Fiat Ducato, with 2.8 JTD engine.
