How to Replace the Airbag Control Unit on a Ford Focus?

Model: Ford Focus MK 3 - Years 2011-2018

To replace the airbag control unit on a Ford Focus, first remove the plastic protective cap located on the side of the centre console, near the glove compartment. After removing the cap, you can extract the inner plastic panel from the side of the console. This will allow you to disconnect all the connectors attached to the control unit and loosen its mounting screws. Once the device is free from connectors and screws, it can be removed from its housing. After removing the control unit, you can replace it.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
