Follow these steps to reset the service warning light for the oil change on a second-generation Ford Focus. First, get inside the car and press both the brake and accelerator pedals; then turn the key to position one to power on the dashboard and wait for about fifteen to twenty seconds for the reset procedure to initialise. Once completed, indicated by the "reset completed" message on the dashboard, you can release everything and start the engine!
