This procedure applies to the Ford Focus with a push-button engine start. To reset the oil change warning, first activate the instrument cluster without starting the engine; to do this, simply press the ignition button of the car. At this point, wait for the warning light check to finish.

By pressing the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously (to the floor), the oil service reset message will be displayed. Wait for the confirmation of the successful reset of the error, and you can then start the vehicle.

The operation is now complete.
