The procedure to manually reset the engine oil light on a Ford Focus is very simple, but not everyone knows it. For this reason, we have prepared this new mini guide to clarify any doubts about the various steps. First, insert the key and turn it to position one to switch on the ignition. Then, simultaneously press both the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal. After about 20 seconds, release both pedals, and the reset will be successfully completed. You can then choose to start the engine or simply switch off the ignition.
