Today we will explain how to replace the engine oil and oil filter on a Ford Focus 3 car. We open the front hood and unscrew the oil filler cap, pour a pre-change detergent into the tank to make it easier to remove the oil residues inside, let the product work for 15 minutes keeping the engine at idle. We unscrew the oil tank plug after lifting the vehicle and let the used oil drain into the container. When the oil has finished draining, we unscrew the oil filter plug using a 21 mm wrench, remove the box and replace the filter. We mount the box and insert the new filter, lower the vehicle to the ground and pour the new oil into the tank.
