Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Ford Focus MK 2, Focus 2 - Years 2004-2011

To facilitate the oil draining and filter replacement, it is recommended to lift the vehicle on a hydraulic lift. The drain plug for the oil sump is located at the rear of the sump in a central position: unscrew the plug and collect the used oil in a suitable container, and once drained, tighten it carefully; the filter is located in front of the oil sump: unscrew it to remove it and apply some oil to the gasket of the new one before installing it (it is sufficient to tighten it by hand). Finally, fill the engine with new oil.
