How to Change the Key Fob Battery on a Ford F-250?

Is your key fob not working as it should, making it increasingly difficult to open and close your car doors? It might be a dead battery issue. Learn how to replace it with the help of this video: you only need a flathead screwdriver. Remove the emergency blade from the key fob and insert it into the designated slot to pry open the fob. Using the flathead screwdriver (or a similar object), remove the battery, a CR2450 3-Volt button cell, and replace it with a new one. Close the key fob and reinsert the emergency blade.
