How to Change the Oil on a Ford Transit MK7

In this guide, you will learn how to change the engine oil on a Ford Transit MK7. Before starting to remove the old oil, lift the dipstick and remove the oil cap. Now, raise the van to access the oil sump, place a container under the sump, and unscrew the plug to let the old oil drain out. After removing the plug, also take out the oil cartridge filter and let it drain for a few minutes. Once done, clean any residual old oil, screw the sump plug back in, and fit a new filter. After completing these steps, all that’s left is to add new engine oil, and you will have finished the job.
