As shown in this tutorial, replacing the fuel pump in a Ford Fiesta is a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition for safety. Then, lift the rear seat cushion and remove the centrally located aluminium cover. Next, disconnect both the power connector and the fuel hose, unscrew the large outer ring using a large screwdriver, and extract the pump from the tank. To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
