Discover the steps to remove the serpentine belt tensioner on a Ford F-150 in this guide. First, open the hood and start by unscrewing the screws of the plastic cover located above the front bumper to remove it. Next, disconnect the intake hose from the throttle body by unscrewing the clamp screw, and loosen the tensioner to remove the serpentine belt, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the tensioner bolt to remove it and replace it with the new one; replace and reassemble everything!
