Operation: Removing the throttle body on the Ford Escape V8 (2009-2016)

In this video we will see how to remove and replace the throttle body on the Ford Escape with V8 engine, from 2009 to 2016. First we open the bonnet and start by removing the air intake duct; then unscrew the screws of the clamps that lead to the air filter box, as shown in the video. At this point we use a socket wrench to unscrew the fixing screws of the throttle body, disconnecting the electrical connector of the position sensor; we just have to replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
