In this video, we will see how to remove and replace the throttle body on the Ford Escape with a V8 engine from 2009 to 2016. First, open the hood and start by removing the air intake duct; then unscrew the clamp screws leading to the air filter box, as shown in the video.

At this point, use a socket wrench to unscrew the throttle body mounting screws, disconnecting the electrical connector from the position sensor; simply replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
