How to enter battery diagnosis mode on Ford Figo b562

Model: Ford Figo MK 2, B562 - Years 2015-2021
Part: Battery

The guide shows how to run the Ford Figo b562 battery diagnostic if you do not have a multimeter. This mode allows you to quickly check the status of the car's battery without having to access the engine compartment. The first operation to carry out is to turn the key up to the first stage of ignition. At this point, keeping the "TRIP" button on the right steering wheel pressed, turn the key by another click until the instrument panel comes on. Continue to hold down the “TRIP†button until the word “TEST†appears on the multifunction display in the instrument panel. At this point release the key and press it individually until the "bat" item appears. The correct value for the battery to be able to start the vehicle correctly is between 140 and 150; with values lower than 100, the machine will definitely not be able to start.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
