If the oil light on the dashboard of your first-generation Ford Edge (2006-2014) illuminates despite having already changed the oil, you need to perform a simple manual reset. Here’s how to do it. First, get inside your car and press the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously. While holding them down, insert the key and turn on the ignition. Wait a few seconds, and as soon as you see the confirmation of the reset, release both pedals, and you're done.
