In this video, you will see how to replace the battery on a Ford Transit MK8: in this vehicle, the battery is located under the driver's seat rather than in the engine compartment, which must be removed or at least lifted from its housing. Underneath, you will find a complete T40 bolt, and once this is removed, you can lay the seat back on its backrest from both sides. There are still two 8 mm bolts to remove, allowing you to take off the safety plate and comfortably access the battery underneath, which is no different from a standard battery.
