First, position a container under the engine, then loosen the drain plug bolt and allow all the oil to drain out. Next, disconnect the indicated connector, locate the filter housing directly beneath it, and unscrew it using a long 27mm socket.

Once removed, insert the replacement filter, reassemble everything, and pour in the required amount of oil through the upper hole.
