How to Remove the Inner Door Panel of the Ford Focus

To remove the inner door panel of the left front door of a Ford Focus, remove 5 screws using a Torx spanner: the first screw is located at the outer top side, remove the cover with a screwdriver and unscrew the screw; the second screw is behind the door handle, remove the cover with a screwdriver and unscrew the screw; the third screw is in the handle that closes the door, remove the outer plastic of the armrest with a screwdriver, lift the part of the window switch with a screwdriver, disconnect the connectors and unscrew the screws; the other screw is behind the internal reflector, release it with a screwdriver and unscrew the screw; remove the speaker cover by unclipping it towards the cabin, unclip the tabs to extract the speaker and finally disconnect the connector.

At this point, unclip the door panel by moving it with your hands and pulling it; finally, unclip the cord of the handle and some connectors, and the panel has been removed.

To refit it, follow the same reverse procedure.
