How do you reset the Service light on the Ford Mondeo?

The Service indicator that appears on the instrument panel of the Ford Mondeo can be reset by inserting the ignition key into the corresponding slot: by inserting the key and turning it to turn on the instrument panel, it will then be possible to simultaneously press the brake and accelerator pedals for a few seconds. After this time has passed, it will be possible to release both pedals and turn off the instrument panel: when it is turned on again, it will be possible to notice that the maintenance interval and the Service indicator have been completely reset.
