How to Replace the Spark Plugs on a Ford Focus

To prevent damage to any delicate circuits in your vehicle, it is advisable to disconnect the battery terminals. Next, release the bonnet and lift it, securing it with the prop rod. This will give you access to the ignition coils, each connected to a terminal; disconnect it and remove the bolt that secures the injectors. This will allow you to extract them and then remove the spark plug located at the bottom of the cylinder you just freed. Reverse the steps described for reassembling the various components.
