To replace the alternator on the Holden Barina Spark, open the hood to access the components inside the engine compartment. You will need to remove all components located at the rear of the engine block, directly below the alternator.

This will allow you to reach the alternator, which must be removed from its housing by disconnecting the wires and removing the mounting bolts. Once the unit is freed, you can insert a new one, connecting and securing it properly.
