Replacement of Front Brake Discs and Pads

Loosen the wheel fixing bolts before lifting the vehicle, then raise it with a jack (or on a lift) and complete the wheel removal. Unscrew the two fixing bolts of the brake disc from the hub. Next, unscrew the two fixing bolts of the brake caliper (located at the rear) and remove the caliper itself along with the pads.

Proceed to remove the brake caliper support to take off the disc from the hub. Clean the hub of any oxidation residue, apply grease, reposition the new disc, and tighten the respective fixing bolts. Refit the brake caliper support (after cleaning it with a wire brush) and insert the new pads.

Compress the brake caliper piston using a clamp and finally refit it, tightening the respective fixing bolts. Refit the wheel.

Pump the brake pedal until it offers the correct resistance.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
