Replacement of Rear Brake Pads

Model: Honda CR-V MK 2 - Years 2002-2007

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands and remove the rear wheel; then proceed to unscrew the fastening pins of the brake caliper located at the rear; remove the caliper and extract the old pads; apply the new pads after lubricating the guides and pins with appropriate grease; retract the caliper piston using a C-clamp and refit the caliper. Pump the brake pedal until it offers the correct resistance and be cautious during the initial braking until the pads have adapted to the profile of the disc.
