Honda CR-V - Video tutorial
Model: Honda CR-V
MK 1
- Years 1995-2001 If, when the ignition is switched on, you do not hear the typical hiss of the petrol pump coming from under the rear seat and the car does not start, it is very likely that the motor of the pump immersed in the tank has burned out: luckily it is possible to buy also in the after market, the repair kit that provides for the supply of the motor only. Obviously it is necessary to remove the pump from the tank: then lift the rear seat seat, remove the sound-absorbing cover and the subframe. Then unscrew the fixing screws of the pump cover flange, disconnect the power supply socket and the outlet and recovery pipes. Finally disassemble the fixing nuts of the pump itself to the tank and extract it complete with float: disconnect the filter from the pump intake and proceed with the replacement of the motor. Finally, reinstall the pump in the tank.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford EcosportFirst remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base. by ScegliAuto More videos
