How to Replace the Headlight on a Honda Fit

Today, you will learn how to replace the left front headlight on a Honda Fit. Start by opening the hood and removing the upper front bumper. To remove the upper bumper, you need to take out all the mounting pins and then disconnect the headlight by removing the connector from inside. Continue by detaching the side bumper and removing the screws that secure the headlight to extract it. Once the headlight is removed, you can take out the lens cover and replace the bulbs inside. Reconnect the headlight with the new bulbs and reassemble the side bumper, connecting the headlight to the vehicle and securing it. Install the upper bumper and close the hood.
