Honda CR-V - Video tutorial

Model: Honda CR-V MK 3 - Years 2007-2012
Part: Radiator
Operation: How to replace a Honda Cr V radiator

In this video we see how to remove the radiator with cooling fans of a Honda Cr-V. We open the bonnet and put it in safety, then we remove the plastic rivets of the radiator cover. With a suitable socket wrench we go to disassemble the plate that blocks the door opening lever. We remove the plates that block the radiator in the upper part, then we lift the car on a column bridge and we loosen the clamp of the water hose. We detach the various convoy sleeves of the refrigeration system with pliers. Once free from screws and pipes, we can extract the fan kit and immediately afterwards the radiator from the engine compartment. Let's get ready to mount the new piece in the engine compartment, immediately afterwards, mount the cooling fans, clamps, pins and various pipes. We reassemble the anchoring brackets of the radiator with the attached hood opening plate. We tighten the plastics and the front mask well with a socket wrench. Finally we top up with the new liquid and remove the air from the refrigeration system.
