How to disassemble the airbag in the Hyundai Elantra?

In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the airbag in the Hyundai Elantra, an extremely simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, open the hood and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, in order to avoid accidental activation of the airbag itself. We start by going inside the passenger compartment, then we remove the cover of the steering column and locate the two holes placed on the back of the steering wheel. We then insert a thin screwdriver into these holes, release the fastening clips by levering and separate the airbag from the steering wheel. At this point, all that remains is to disconnect the connector and install the replacement if necessary.
