Adjustment of Steering Wheel Adjustment Lever

If releasing the steering wheel adjustment lever does not allow the wheel to move smoothly in height, it is likely necessary to adjust the locking nut of the lever: to perform this operation, you must remove the plastic covers that encase the light switch controls by unscrewing the two front screws and the one at the bottom; once the screws are removed, take off the lower cover and access the side nut, open the adjustment lever and slightly loosen the nut so that the steering wheel moves smoothly in height while remaining locked when the lever is closed.
