How to replace the fuel filter of the Hyundai Staria.

Let's see how to change the fuel filter on this Hyundai Staria diesel. The filter is located underneath the vehicle, on the left side. It would be a good idea to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery and unplug the fuel pump connector, then start the engine and let it run until it stalls to relieve the residual pressure. Let's go under the vehicle and clean the area around the filter, place a container, and disconnect the hoses; remove the filter and dispose of it along with the fuel as special waste. Take the new filter with the accompanying gasket, fill it with clean diesel, and install it. Reconnect the hoses and, if there are any clamps, tighten them moderately. Reattach the fuel pump connector: if there is a manual pump near the pump, press it until you feel resistance; otherwise, turn the ignition on without starting the engine 2-3 times so that the electric pump primes automatically. Reconnect the battery. Done.
