Changing the engine oil on a Hyundai Getz, here’s how to proceed with the replacement. Lift the engine bay bonnet and secure it, then raise the car on a column lift or jack.

Undo the sump plug and allow the fluid to drain into a disposal container, then refit the sump plug. Use an oil filter wrench to remove the oil filter.

Fit a new oil filter in the designated housing. Lower the car and top up the engine oil reservoir with new fluid.

Check the oil level in the engine with the dipstick.
