Replace worn brake pads on your Hyundai i30? Follow these steps. Lift the car on a column lift to the desired height, then remove the wheel (using a socket spanner) along with the respective nuts. Unscrew the caliper retaining bolt; remove the caliper from the disc. Take out the pads to be replaced from the wheel hub caliper. Fit the new pads onto the caliper, then refit the caliper with the bracket onto the disc. Tighten all the nuts and refit the wheel, securing the fastening nuts. Replace the pads on the other brakes.
