Raise the car on suitable car platforms to facilitate access to the oil pan. The lower stone guard is equipped with special slots to access the oil drain plug and the filter: place a tray of suitable capacity in correspondence with the plug and drain the used oil; after draining, tighten the cap after replacing the washer as well. Then proceed with disassembling the filter with the appropriate socket wrench (oil may leak during disassembly); then apply the new filter after having covered the relative gasket with oil (do not exceed the tightening torque of the filter). Finally fill the engine with new oil according to the SAE specifications and the quantities indicated in the use and maintenance manual.
