Engine Oil and Filter Replacement

Model: Hyundai Sonata - Years 2004-2014

Remove the plastic cover on the engine to access the filter; position the vehicle on suitable car ramps to facilitate access to the oil sump and unscrew the oil drain plug; once the oil has drained, re-screw the plug; then unscrew the cap of the oil filter container to extract the old cartridge, insert the new one, replacing the o-ring seals that are always included in the new filter kit, lubricate them with clean oil, and tighten the cap without exceeding the torque specification. Then fill the engine with clean oil until the correct level is reached.
