Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Hyundai Sonata - Years 2004-2014

The engine air filter housing (AIRBOX) is located at the rear right of the engine bay (when viewed from the front), just in front of the brake fluid reservoir. Disconnect the metal clips securing the cover, lift it off, and remove the old filter; ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter box (remove them carefully to avoid them entering the intake duct), and then apply the new filter, ensuring the edges fit snugly as they also act as a seal. Finally, reposition the cover and secure the metal clips.
