Replacement of Brake Fluid

Initially, clean the brake fluid reservoir and the braking system with a suitable cleaning fluid. Pour the cleaning fluid into the brake fluid reservoir. Next, fill the reservoir with brake fluid using a suitable container equipped with a valve. Now, check the cleanliness of the system in all four brake calipers. Use a spray gun connected to the oil supply valve and a compressor to determine the dirtiness of the system and check for air by observing the colour of the fluid and the presence of bubbles. To do this, connect the compressor to the oil supply valve of the brake caliper and loosen the bolt that seals it with the appropriate spanner. Once the fluid that comes out is clean and free of air, move on to the next caliper. Repeat this for all four wheels following the diagram shown at the beginning of the video. Once finished, perform a test: press the brake pedal; if it goes down slightly, this is normal. Another test for the presence of air in the system involves starting the engine and turning it off after 1-2 minutes. At this point, press the brake several times slowly. If it does not go down much, there is no air. Press the brake while the engine is running and then turn it off. If the pedal travel does not change after 30 seconds, there is no air. If one or both tests fail, the braking system must be checked before driving. For cleaning the system, a suitable product is necessary, and for lubrication, a suitable oil. Additionally, a container and a suitable hose are required. Maintenance was performed on a Hyundai Santa Fe.
