In order to replace the head that connects the swinging arm of the suspension to the wheel hub, it is necessary to remove the entire swinging arm; then lift the car on a lift and remove the front wheel, remove the head fixing pin and extract it from its seat with the special fork tool, then disassemble the other fixing pins of the swinging arm and remove it from its seat ; position the oscillating arm in a vice, remove what remains of the rubber cap and unhook the seegere fixing ring to be able to extract the head with the hammer; then insert the new head in the same seat with hammer blows (but better if you have a press) and reposition the seeger.
