Replacement of Front Brake Pads

Model: Hyundai Santa Fe MK 2 - Years 2006-2012

Position the vehicle on appropriate axle stands and remove the front wheel; use a lever between the disc and the pads to retract the pistons and facilitate removal; unscrew the fixing bolts of the caliper from the bracket, move the caliper and extract the old pads; clean the sliding plates, apply copper grease to the plates and the back of the new pads, insert them onto the bracket, fully retract the pistons with a pair of pliers or a C-clamp and reposition the caliper, tightening the respective fixing bolts. Take care during the first braking.
