Replacing the Remote Key Battery

If pressing the buttons on the remote does not activate the locks, it is very likely that the internal battery of the remote has run out; replacing it is very simple. Just pry open the small slot on the edge of the remote to separate the two halves that compose it, then extract the electronic circuit that houses the battery and remove the battery from its compartment; clean the metal contacts of any oxidation, check the battery charge status to ensure it is depleted, and then insert the new one (CR2032) orienting it correctly before closing the remote.
