To be able to disassemble the instrument panel, start by removing the cover immediately under the steering wheel: it is fastened with Phillips screws in the lower part, on the pedal side, and with pressure locks in the upper part; also remove the cover shells of the light switch controls, unhook the plastic frame around the instrument panel and unscrew the fixing screws; therefore pull the instrument panel forwards and disconnect the sockets at the rear to complete disassembly. Usually it may be necessary to remove the instrument panel to replace the backlight bulbs.
