Replacing the cabin filter in the Infiniti QX50 is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, sit in the passenger seat, then unclip the lower panel of the dashboard, open the glove compartment, and using a cross-head screwdriver, unscrew all the screws along the top edge.

Next, remove the drawer, unscrew the additional screws of the frame, and take it out to access the filter housing. Finally, install the replacement in the correct orientation and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
