How to reset the service light on the Jaguar XJ

The service light related to the car service turns on on the instrument panel of the 2008 Jaguar XJ when it is necessary to perform the car service. The reset of the light must be done only after completing the operations that make up the car service. To perform the reset, we must press the cost menu button on the dashboard and the cost reset button on the steering wheel. We hold down the two buttons for a few seconds to start the reset procedure. We release and press the buttons a second time to confirm the procedure of updating the mileage to the next car service.
