Where to Insert the Physical Key of the Jaguar XE

This guide shows how to open and start the Jaguar XE when the remote is flat. To open the driver's door, extract the mechanical key from the remote by sliding the side of it. Using the key blade, lever the bottom of the lock cover to expose the cylinder. Insert the key and turn it clockwise to open the door. Place the remote, with the buttons facing you, on the left side of the steering column and press the start button to deactivate the alarm.
