How do you reset the Service light on the Jeep Renegade?

The operation of resetting the Service light on the instrument panel of the Jeep Renegade is done by removing the old oil in the engine and replacing it with suitable oil. Once the oil change has been done, you will need to go inside the cabin and turn on the instrument panel by inserting the key. Once turned on, you will need to press the accelerator pedal five times and then also press the brake pedal. After the operation is completed, the error code will have been cleared and to verify the correct reset of the light, you can turn off and on the instrument panel.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
