The Service light that appears on the instrument panel of the Jeep Compass can be reset by pressing the accelerator pedal all the way down three times in a row, while the instrument panel is off. Once this operation is done, you will need to press the ignition button so that the instrument panel turns on and you will need to navigate through the menu on the onboard computer using the controls on the left side of the steering wheel.

If the light remains on the instrument panel, simply repeat the previously explained operation until it turns off.
