How do you change the battery of a Jeep Renegade key remote? Take your remote control and press the release button of the metal key; use a screwdriver to pry between the key cover and the battery housing cover. Pry until the plastic cap separates from the key cover; extract the worn battery with a small screwdriver (get a new one of the same size and voltage). After replacement, press the cover onto the key case until you hear it click into place. Check the remote's proper functioning by pressing the door buttons.

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
