Jeep Grand Cherokee - Video tutorial

Model: Jeep Grand Cherokee MK 2, WJ - Years 1998-2004
Part: Passenger compartment heating radiator
Operation: How to remove the interior heating radiator

In this video guide, even if you cannot see, for reasons of time, the actual disassembly of each single component, you will also be able to understand and identify the fundamental points for intervening and disassembling the necessary components. The first thing to do is to remove the center console above the tunnel. Next you will have to remove the steering column. At this point you will have to remove the entire dashboard. Once the dashboard has been removed, you will have free access to the passenger compartment air conditioning system. As you can see from the images, the rear part of the heating and ventilation system is shown first, that is the part fixed to the bulkhead that separates the passenger compartment from the engine compartment. Some screws need to be unscrewed from the engine compartment while others are under the dashboard. Notice the pipes from where the water flows, the air conditioning drain pipe. Then take a good look at all the fixing points on the dashboard and the relative wiring and connectors from the cockpit side. Car model: Jeep Grand Cherokee Year: 1999
