Replacing the Transfer Case Fluid in a Jeep Wrangler JK

Model: Jeep Wrangler MK 3, JK - Years 2007-2018

The video shows how to replace the transfer case fluid in a Jeep Wrangler JK. Remove the lower skid plate. Use an Allen key to first undo the upper hex nut and then the lower one. After draining all the fluid into a suitable container, screw in the lower nut without over-tightening. Siphon the new synthetic fluid, which lasts longer, into a pump and then inject it into the transfer case through the pump. Repeat this process until the fluid is injected up to the highest hole of the case. Then refit the nut and tighten it. Refit the skid plate.
