Today's guide will show you the procedure to reset the service light for the regular maintenance of the engine oil change on the Jeep Compass, as well as the Renegade. First, get into the vehicle and start pressing and holding the accelerator pedal; then turn on the ignition by pressing the start button once, as shown in the video. At this point, press the brake pedal five times, then turn off the ignition and release the accelerator; now start the engine to complete the procedure!

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
