How do you reset the Service light on the Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To reset the Service light on the instrument panel of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, you need to press the ignition button after inserting the key, in order to turn on the instrument panel without starting the vehicle. At this point, you will need to press the brake pedal and at the same time press the accelerator pedal all the way down three times. Once this is done, you will need to turn off the instrument panel. When it is turned on again, you can verify that the Service light has been correctly reset and will no longer be displayed.
